About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive operations professional to support partner-led customer delivery programs in a fast-paced technology environment. This role will help drive scalable operational processes that enable successful customer onboarding, partner engagement, and delivery execution.
You will coordinate cross-functional workflows across Sales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external partners to ensure engagements move efficiently from request through completion. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure, and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement Coordination & Intake
- Manage inbound service or activation requests and route them to the appropriate internal teams or delivery partners.
- Coordinate timelines, ownership, and SLAs to ensure engagements move forward efficiently.
- Escalate or resolve issues when delivery gaps or resource constraints arise.
Contracts & Operational Execution
- Support operational processing for service agreements, statements of work (SOWs), purchase orders, funding approvals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all required approvals and documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized records and engagement documentation throughout the process lifecycle.
Delivery Tracking & Reporting
- Own and maintain centralized tracking systems used by multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor engagement progress from initiation to completion and proactively follow up on outstanding action items.
- Ensure operational accuracy across trackers, reports, and status updates.
Cross-Functional Reviews
- Facilitate recurring operational review meetings focused on progress, blockers, priorities, and execution updates.
- Drive follow-through on action items and help teams stay aligned on timelines and deliverables.
Communication & Process Improvement
- Draft operational communications, status updates, confirmations, and partner-facing correspondence using AI productivity tools and workflow automation platforms.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve documentation, and create scalable operational playbooks.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, vendor management, procurement operations, or project support roles.
- Experience working with contracts, SOWs, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, or operational documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills across internal and external teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working in evolving environments where processes are still being established.
- Experience with Salesforce, project tracking tools, or workflow management systems is preferred.

- Experience in SaaS, cloud, AI, fintech, or other high-growth technology companies.
- Exposure to partner programs, professional services operations, or delivery coordination.
- Process automation or workflow optimization experience.
