Currently we are seeking a “HR Operations Specialist III” for one of our clients that is a leading multination Corporation.
Job Title: HR Operations Specialist III
Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6 Plus Months
Duties:
Operate the HR process for all dispatchers
Provide support for the new dispatcher’s settlements
Review and Maintenance of Guideline Documents
Compile periodic analysis reports related with HR data
Perform other tasks as assigned
Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams
Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, for example all-hands meeting, happy hours, team building events
Skills:
Required Experience:
5-7 years overall professional work experience
Minimum of 3 years experience working HR roles, preferably in tech companies
Fluency in English and Korean required
Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required, using Excel is preferred
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Integrity and sound judgement in handling confidential information
Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
