🚀 Hiring: Change Management Consultant (Retail / Apparel Domain)

📍 Location: Remote (Preference for Pacific or Central Time Zone)

⏳ Contract: 6 Months

💰 Pay Rate: $40-$80/hr on W2

🕒 Schedule: Approximately 20 Hours/Week (Morning shift)

We are partnering with a leading Retail organization seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant who can drive adoption, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable business transformation initiatives.

🔹 What You'll Do

• Lead organizational change management activities for strategic transformation programs.

• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and analyze findings.

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.

• Perform change impact assessments and identify risks.

• Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational adoption.

• Create training materials and instructional design programs.

• Develop communication plans to support change initiatives.

• Coach leadership teams on organizational development and behavioral change.

• Support culture transformation and workforce enablement initiatives.

• Collaborate with global teams, including offshore stakeholders.

🔹 Desired Qualifications

✔ Strong Change Management / OCM experience

✔ Expertise in Organizational Readiness Assessments

✔ Change Impact Assessment experience

✔ Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication skills

✔ Training Development and Instructional Design experience

✔ Organizational Development background

✔ Retail, Apparel, or Fashion industry experience preferred

✔ Supply Chain transformation experience highly desired
