What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating engaging online workshops centered on life skills such as creativity, communication, and problem-solving
- Providing personalized mentorship to students individually and in small groups to enhance confidence, self-reliance, and executive functioning
- Analyzing platform data to customize support and monitor student progress
- Collaborating with fellow educators to develop and refine project-based learning activities
- Fostering a vibrant, inclusive environment where students feel valued, heard, and eager to learn
- Teaching core subjects, as this is managed by AI tutors
- Delivering pre-scripted lessons or adhering to a traditional classroom setup
- Grading assignments or preparing standardized lesson plans

Basic Requirements
- Possess a valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (ideally Grades 4–8)

- Prepared to start by September 2025
