What You Will Be Doing
- Spearheading comprehensive student onboarding, technology deployment, and system configuration across our network of 25 educational campuses
- Crafting and implementing rigorous SLAs for internal support mechanisms and problem resolution protocols
- Synchronizing efforts with launch, product, and platform teams to ensure operational readiness at every stage
- Orchestrating seamless transition management for platform enhancements, feature introductions, and workflow evolutions
- Establishing robust feedback mechanisms between field operations and central command to continuously enhance speed and reliability
- Developing transparent accountability frameworks and escalation hierarchies for operational excellence
- Managing one-off exceptions—your mission is to create scalable systems, not temporary fixes
- Operating in isolation—this role interfaces with platform architecture, product development, launch strategy, and support operations
- Executing someone else's vision—you'll conceptualize, implement, and refine your own operational framework
- Sacrificing momentum for consensus—you'll lead with decisive clarity and execute with velocity

We're seeking a strategic operational architect who excels in ambiguous environments, scales effective solutions, and eliminates inefficiencies—bringing extensive expertise in onboarding systems, support infrastructure, and mission-critical operational execution.
Your Qualifications Should Include
- Professional background with a premier strategy consulting organization (MBB or equivalent such as Deloitte S&O, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Accenture Strategy, LEK, Kearney, etc.)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in operations, product management, or customer-facing support environments with direct business impact
- Demonstrated success owning and scaling onboarding or provisioning workflows
- Proven ability to architect SLAs and manage high-volume internal service ecosystems
- Exceptional judgment regarding process optimization, tool selection, and escalation protocols
- Substantial experience with change management and technical implementation (beyond communications planning)
- Proficiency leveraging AI tools to accelerate processes and minimize manual intervention
- U.S. work authorization and capacity for 25% travel (approximately one week monthly)
