What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Engagement Coach, The Novatio School (Remote) - $60,000/year USD position at Trilogy?
What if your entire job was about inspiring kids—not grading papers, enforcing discipline, or delivering scripted lessons?
At Novatio School, we’ve thrown out the rulebook and built a school that puts creativity, confidence, and curiosity at the center. Our students master academics in just two focused hours each morning, thanks to an AI-powered learning platform. Afternoons? That’s when the real fun begins. Students dive into hands-on workshops designed to strengthen real-world skills and expand what they believe is possible.
Rather than delivering traditional lessons, you’ll become the kind of guide every student deserves—someone who motivates them daily and helps them build essential life skills through dynamic, hands-on workshops.
This role isn’t about managing a virtual classroom—it’s about sparking bold ideas, coaching students toward their goals, and helping them discover what they’re truly capable of. If you want to reimagine what it means to “teach,” we want to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
Inspire students around the world to become confident problem-solvers by leading immersive life-skills workshops in a virtual-first, flexible school environment.
