What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops that build life skills such as collaboration, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative thinking
- Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, hands-on learning methods
- Building a supportive, high-energy virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop
- Leveraging learning analytics and student insights to personalize motivation and guidance
- Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and cultures to create a dynamic, adaptable learning experience
- Instructing traditional academic subjects (our AI tutors manage those)
- Adhering to a fixed timetable or conventional teaching structure
- Running lecture-based, low-engagement learning sessions

Basic Requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video

- Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
