What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and strategically manage a robust sales pipeline targeting private educational institutions, with complete ownership of your opportunity tracking
  • Deliver powerful, persuasive presentations that illuminate our learning methodology and address specific stakeholder concerns and objectives
  • Own the entire sales journey from initial prospecting through successful deal closure, meeting ambitious revenue objectives
  • Cultivate and deepen strategic relationships with decision-makers throughout the private education ecosystem
  • Utilize our CRM platform to maintain meticulous records and develop accurate forecasting models

  • Working within inflexible frameworks—you'll be creating the strategic approach for this untapped market
  • Depending on extensive support infrastructure for lead generation or deal completion

Senior Account Executive Key Responsibilities

Drive substantial revenue expansion by securing commitments for our 2 Hour Learning solution within the private education sector. You'll establish our market footprint and create the foundation for exponential year-over-year growth.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 3-year track record in B2B sales with demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing revenue objectives
  • Proven ability to independently manage comprehensive sales cycles from initial contact through successful closure
  • Background in education markets (particularly US K-12) or related fields such as EdTech, SaaS solutions, or educational services is highly valued
  • Exceptional consultative sales approach and relationship development capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • US-based location required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the United States private education landscape
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% for client meetings and industry events

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
