What You Will Be Doing
- Utilize AI tools and official resources to research local licensing, permitting, and inspection requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
- Establish trust with city and state agencies through proactive communication, whether by phone, email, or in-person visits, to overcome obstacles and secure approvals.
- Prepare and submit precise filings—licenses, exemptions, and attachments—and diligently track them until approval is granted.
- Maintain up-to-date dashboards and documentation, ensuring leadership has real-time insights.
- Embrace a steep learning curve, particularly in the first 90 days, through direct support, coaching, and tangible achievements.
- Making assumptions about regulations. You'll receive training to verify facts and address uncertainties.
