- Implementing strategic communication plans with prospective families to systematically advance them through the enrollment process
- Enforcing comprehensive safety protocols that create a visibly secure environment for our learning community
- Managing all facilities operations with precision, from preventative maintenance to vendor relationships and repair oversight
- Analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize both operational efficiency and enrollment outcomes
- Performing repetitive administrative tasks that underutilize your talents and capabilities
- Operating under restrictive micromanagement that constrains your decision-making authority
- Navigating unnecessary bureaucratic processes that impede meaningful progress
- Processing paperwork in isolation from the students and families you're ultimately serving

Basic Requirements
- Proven track record in educational admissions, engagement, or customer-facing roles
- Superior written and verbal communication capabilities
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, self-direction, and personal accountability
- Working knowledge of or demonstrated ability to quickly master school operations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Availability to work in-person at one of our campus locations: Santa Barbara, CA; Lake Forest, CA; Charlotte, NC; or Palm Beach, FL
