This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver precision reading workshops that develop foundational skills in phonics, comprehension, and fluency through our adaptive learning platform
- Design personalized motivation systems that transform reading milestones into engaging achievements that drive student progress
- Leverage data analytics to continuously refine instruction and extract actionable insights that improve student outcomes
- Partner with our technology team to evaluate and enhance AI literacy tools based on real classroom implementation
- Create scalable content frameworks that enable personalized reading pathways for diverse learners across multiple campuses
- Following rigid scripts that ignore student needs or contradict data-driven insights
- Wasting time on administrative overhead - our technology handles the paperwork so you can focus on teaching
- Managing overcrowded classrooms - our model prioritizes small-group instruction for maximum impact
- Spending your day on behavior management instead of delivering targeted reading instruction
- Working in isolation - you'll actively contribute to program development and shape our educational approach
Develop and implement a scalable, AI-enhanced reading program that enables early elementary students to achieve grade-level proficiency and cultivate a lifelong love of reading while establishing best practices that can be replicated across multiple campuses.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering effective small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Demonstrated ability to assess reading levels, strategically group students, and design differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
- Proficiency with AI/adaptive learning tools and the ability to respond effectively to student behaviors within technology-enhanced environments
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Commitment to work on-site at one of our campuses: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
