What You Will Be Doing
- Orchestrating dynamic reading workshops that strengthen core literacy foundations—phonics mastery, comprehension strategies, and fluency development
- Creating custom motivational frameworks that enhance student engagement through interactive, achievement-based literacy challenges
- Conducting data-driven analysis of student progression metrics to optimize instructional approaches and generate valuable insights
- Partnering with our technology specialists to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real-world classroom outcomes
- Creating adaptable content libraries that customize reading journeys for students with diverse learning profiles
- Implementing inflexible, one-size-fits-all literacy programs that disregard individual student data or learning needs
- Devoting excessive time to conventional planning, assessment grading, or administrative paperwork
- Navigating oversized classrooms with inadequate educational tools
- Prioritizing classroom management challenges over meaningful literacy instruction
- Working in educational isolation without contributing to program innovation or technology enhancement
Engineer and implement a scalable, technologically-enhanced reading curriculum that empowers early elementary learners to achieve grade-appropriate literacy proficiency while nurturing an enduring passion for reading and discovery.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree complemented by specialized certification in reading instruction methodologies (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or comparable approaches)
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success delivering targeted reading interventions to small groups of early elementary learners
- Demonstrated expertise in literacy assessment, strategic student grouping, and creating customized instruction without reliance on pre-packaged curricula
- Demonstrated comfort and capability with AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms, with ability to respond effectively to student engagement patterns
- Authorization to work within the United States without requiring sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
