This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Orchestrating comprehensive school launch initiatives, ensuring technological alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentoring educators and leaders to faithfully execute and sustain the 2HL educational model.
- Analyzing data and sentiment to maintain high-quality implementation and student enthusiasm.
- Leading problem-solving and fostering continuous improvement in technical and educational contexts.
- Strengthening enduring partnerships that lead to renewals, referrals, and advocacy.
- Logging support tickets or acting as a passive support agent.
- Delivering rigid, scripted trainings without customization.
- Remaining desk-bound; expect frequent school site visits.
- Relying on explicit instructions; you'll navigate ambiguity with ownership.

Basic Requirements
- 3 years in a client-facing implementation or success role, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or education.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical systems and resolve operational challenges.
- Experience with educational platforms (SIS, LMS, assessment tools) and quick learning of new tools.
- Understanding of learning science principles like mastery and cognitive load.
- Experience in coaching adults and facilitating practice adoption.
- Proficiency in data analysis and outcome-driven insights.
- Expertise in managing urgent, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the continental US.
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Experience in implementing instructional models in educational settings.
- Knowledge of EdTech tools like SIS, LMS, or assessment platforms (e.g., NWEA, IXL).
- Background in education, instructional design, or school leadership.
- Skill in overcoming resistance and aligning diverse stakeholders.
