- Minimum 3-year tenure at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), with exceptional strategic acumen
- Demonstrated success leading complex operations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Distinguished expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations
- Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with strong autonomous execution skills
- Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to travel approximately one week per month
- Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency
