- Drive and own a critical domain of our national expansion strategy - be it regulatory compliance, systems implementation, or financial operations
- Exercise complete autonomy in cross-functional leadership, with direct decision-making authority

- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founders and key stakeholders to build robust launch infrastructure

- Self-driven problem solver with strong analytical foundation and bias for action
- Authorization to work in the U.S. with ability to travel approximately 25% of time
- Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for technological innovation
