This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. What You Will Be Doing
- Train and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops with unparalleled excellence.
- Create and refine Guide Playbooks to establish best practices in facilitation and learning activities.
- Provide regular, impactful feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and success.
- Mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivation techniques.
- Creating traditional lesson plans; instead, you'll focus on empowering Guides to motivate through adaptive apps.
- Compromising on standards; maintaining a 100% pass rate is non-negotiable.
- Conducting monotonous training sessions; your sessions will be dynamic, engaging, and hands-on.

Basic Requirements
- Located in or willing to relocate to one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay, Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles).
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental roles.
- Proficient in data analysis and using metrics for decision-making and improvement.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
