- Mentoring a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
- Drafting lesson plans—your Guides lead students' learning via adaptive apps; your role is to train them to become exceptional motivators
- Lowering expectations—if our standard is a 100% pass rate, it's your duty to uphold it
- Conducting dull training sessions—you'll guide Guides through captivating, energetic, hands-on development

Basic Requirements
- Reside in or be open to relocating to one of these campuses: Orange County, CA; San Francisco, CA; Washington, D.C.; or Raleigh, NC
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental context.
- Skilled in data analysis and utilizing metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Authorization to work in the United States
