- Academic excellence with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics (Advanced credentials like CPA/CFA/MBA are welcomed)
- Current U.S. residency with independent work authorization
- Flexibility to engage with our campuses nationwide (25% travel)
- 3-6 years of high-impact experience in investment banking, private equity, Big 4 corporate finance/M&A, or dynamic FP&A roles
- Mastery in crafting integrated 3-statement models aligned with U.S. GAAP standards
- Proven ability to deliver sophisticated financial analysis under pressure
