Overview
We are a multifamily property committed to maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming property for our residents. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds and facilities
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues.
- Assisting with unit turns, including painting, patching, and minor renovations.
- Maintain clean and safe common areas.
Skills
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Knowledge of basic painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC , carpentry, and general repairs.
- Previous experience in property maintenance is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
