Accountant

Trilogy LLC is actively hiring a full-time Accountant for our corporate office in Minot, ND.

Trilogy is an oil and gas service provider supporting operations across multiple regions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and year-end close.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
• Review general ledger activity and research discrepancies.
• Assist with fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and inventory.
• Support payroll and payroll-related reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and management reporting.
• Support sales tax, 1099s, audit, and year-end tax requests.
• Work with A/P, A/R, and operations to ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is a plus.
• Oil & gas/service industry experience is a plus.
