Position Overview
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 20lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.

Position Overview
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor aged AR Insurance balances and assist facilities in collection efforts as necessary or directed by AR SWAT Support Team Lead.
- Partner and work with Campus Business Office Manager and/or Field Support team to identify problem areas for collection and billing.
- Prepare account summary and related documents when it is necessary to escalate problem accounts to the outside attorney group for collection.
- Audit, bill and adjust resident accounts with outstanding Insurance balances.
- Review Insurance EOB's/remits for correct cash posting.
- Assist with Clearinghouse Management for accurate claims billing.
- Assist with Matrix Care set up of payers and Insurance claim data.
- Review zero-pay EOB's/remits for accurate cash posting in Matrix.
- Enter adjustments on resident accounts from EOB’s/Remits to ensure accurate payer account billing.
- Verify timely billing of Insurance claims.
- Identify and recommend solutions to problems, manage multiple tasks efficiently, work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
