POSITION OVERVIEW
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Apprenticeship Paid Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute to various projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Apprenticeship Project Manager:
- Assist with processing daily Registered Apprenticeship application paperwork packets.
- Manage RAPIDS data, including terminations, extensions, and cancellations.
- Research and resolve service desk tickets.
- Verification and Documentation:
- Perform daily verification of on-the-job hours for related technical instruction completers.
- Conduct e-mail outreach to enrolled and/or eligible apprentices based on state-specific grant requirements and required documentation (e.g., Indiana ABA eligible apprentices to obtain Wagner-Peyser Form).
- Prepare a weekly list of outstanding Wagner-Peyser Forms for internal communications and Rede App.
- Data Management and Reconciliation:
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of all state journeyworker and apprentice rosters utilizing Salesforce and RAPIDS reports.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate with apprentices, mentors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant educational program.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Pays attention to detail and has a keen eye for data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
