Position SummaryTCT is seeking a strategic and hands-on Social Media Strategist to serve as the cross-channel operator and engagement lead within our growing marketing team. This individual will manage the daily operations of all TCT social media channels—overseeing the content calendar, coordinating cross-platform posting, and ensuring that each asset is published on time and aligned with TCT’s strategic vision. The Social Media Strategist will drive engagement by fostering conversation, responding to comments, and creating digital connections with ministries, creators, and potential partners. This role also manages backend operations within HubSpot, including workflows, analytics dashboards, and marketing automations that support campaign performance and lead generation.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and manage the daily social media calendar across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).Coordinate content uploads, ensuring timely rollout in alignment with TCT’s digital marketing strategy.Oversee day-to-day engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions to foster authentic community relationships.Execute outreach to like-minded ministries, creators, and partners to expand TCT’s digital network and influence.Collaborate closely with the Content Creator to ensure each piece of content is optimized and strategically distributed.Monitor analytics and KPIs across social channels, identifying opportunities for performance improvement.Manage HubSpot workflows, dashboards, and automations to support digital campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and lead conversion.Provide weekly reports on engagement metrics, content performance, and strategic recommendations for growth.Stay current on trends in digital engagement, social algorithms, and best practices for faith-based content marketing.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of experience managing social media channels or digital engagement for a brand or media organization.Deep understanding of platform-specific strategies, analytics, and community management tools.Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) to manage campaigns and analyze performance.Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.Ability to interpret data, measure success, and make informed adjustments to strategy.Demonstrated understanding of Christian audiences and faith-based engagement is strongly preferred.Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plan.On-site, full-time position with opportunities for growth within the TCT Network.
