Position Summary:
Trillium is looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our team! Join our world-class, modern New England farmhouse food and beverage group where storytelling and bold visuals intersect. We're looking for a masterful content creator who can weave engaging narratives with captivating imagery to translate our unique ethos. The Digital Content Creator is a crucial member of the Marketing team, tasked with sharing Trillium's stories with our community by creating strategic and highly engaging content. The position works at the direction of the Marketing Manager to produce high quality content that can be used across all of Trillium’s digital platforms and printed materials. This is an in-person role working primarily out of our Canton, MA location with travel to other Trillium locations as needed.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Photograph, video, and edit all Trillium products, spaces, food, merchandise, and events, in both studio and lifestyle settings, to provide digital marketing and sales materials
- Brainstorm, shoot, and edit captivating imagery, video, and reels for social media that resonates with our consumers, build communities, and drive brand awareness
- Utilize social media platform metrics, guidelines and analytics to inform artistic strategy to reach as many customers as possible
- Stay up-to-date on content creator industry news, innovations, and trends
- Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration by translating marketing objectives into actionable content strategies. Your work will support marketing initiatives and align with broader brand goals.
- Ensure that assigned deadlines are met are met and that work meets key performance indicators

Desired Qualifications & Abilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Journalism, Graphic Design or other comparable educational disciplines preferred.
- 5 years of experience and success working in advertising, marketing, or similar fields.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to shoot both video and digital film content at a professional level for both studio and lifestyle content capture
- Advanced knowledge of video and photography editing required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Sprout and Google Suite
- Ability to leverage SEO best practices into digital content
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately while working on cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of online marketing tactics and solid understanding of major B2B and B2C marketing channels
- Organized with superior attention to detail
- High performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Possess a DIY production mentality, and a deep passion for craft beer!
- Travel to all Trillium locations and events will be required with Saturday availability
