Trillium is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal in Wilmington, DE!
This Direct-Hire opportunity supports a respected Wilmington litigation team handling complex commercial matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery. The ideal candidate brings strong Chancery experience, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can operate as both a litigation paralegal and a trusted operational support partner within a fast-growing office.
This role supports attorneys on transactional and corporate governance disputes commonly heard in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Because this court has unique rules, procedures, and accelerated timelines, candidates must have direct, hands-on Chancery experience—including preparing filings, managing e-filings, interacting with the Clerk’s Office, and supporting attorneys through the court’s fast-paced workflow. General litigation experience alone will not meet this requirement.
The Wilmington office is small, collaborative, and expanding. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will also assist with light administrative and office-management duties to help daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
-Support attorneys on complex commercial and transactional Chancery matters; prepare, revise, and organize motions, letters, exhibits, and discovery materials
-Manage Chancery filings, resolve issues with the Clerk’s Office, and ensure all submissions meet procedural requirements
-Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and document systems while coordinating filings, service, and scheduling with internal and external parties
-Assist with trial preparation, including binders, witness materials, and exhibit lists
-Provide light administrative and office-operations support for a small, fast-growing Wilmington team and proactively anticipate attorney needs
Schedule is Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hybrid flexibility available for discussion during the interview process. Pay is $115,000 – $125,000 DOE.

Qualifications:
-Direct experience with Delaware Court of Chancery litigation, including filings, clerk interaction, and procedural compliance
-Strong working knowledge of Chancery rules, workflows, and expedited schedules
-Ability to draft and prepare litigation documents with minimal oversight
-Background in transactional or corporate litigation (not T&E, family law, or unrelated practice areas); law firm experience strongly preferred
-Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills with the ability to support attorneys proactively and independently
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
