Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire qualified talent for both clinical and non-clinical positions. This role ensures Trillium Health has the skilled workforce needed to deliver high-quality, community-focused care. The Recruiter develops and implements sourcing strategies, builds strong talent pipelines, and fosters partnerships with schools and community organizations. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and facilitate onboarding.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain proactive pipelines for high-demand roles.
- Participate in job fairs and community events.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Build relationships with educational institutions and community organizations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Promote Trillium Health’s employer brand and enhance candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employment law compliance.
- Ability to develop sourcing strategies and leverage social media.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health settings required.
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding preferred.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and communicate effectively through speech and hearing. Occasional physical activity may include stooping, bending, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary : $60,600 - $80,000
