Compensation
Base Salary: $125,000 – $140,000
Discretionary Bonus Eligibility Target : 30%
Total Target Cash Compensation: $162,500 – $182,000

The Product Manager – Floway is responsible for driving the strategic growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership of Trillium’s vertical turbine pump portfolio. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy, and customer engagement—delivering solutions that support critical water infrastructure, agricultural systems, and industrial applications. The Product Manager will translate market needs into actionable strategies, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with evolving industry demands.

Approximately 25% travel, including ~1 week per month in Fresno, CA, plus additional travel for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Own product line performance, including revenue and margin growth
- Develop and execute product strategy and go-to-market plans
- Lead product lifecycle management including NPD and portfolio optimization
- Drive pricing strategy and margin improvement initiatives
- Conduct market and customer analysis across water and infrastructure segments
- Partner with sales and channel partners to drive market expansion
- Collaborate with engineering and operations on product improvements
- Engage directly with customers to validate product strategy
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in pumps, water systems, or industrial equipment
- Experience in municipal water, irrigation, or infrastructure markets preferred
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
