- Excellent multitasking while maintaining positive attitude
- Give comprehensive physical exams and women’s health screenings/exams.
- Order and interpret labs to create a treatment plan and goals for the patient based on protocol and policy outlined by medical director.
- Lead clinical and non-clinical team to best serve our patients.
- Offer, educate, and implement ancillary services to our patients.
- Efficiently and effectively document all encounters.
- Education: Graduated from a board approved Physician Assistant Program; Licensed as a PA in the State of Nebraska; CPR/ ACLS or BLS.
- Federal DEA licensure.
- Appropriate certification and currently licensed.
- 3 years’ experience in women’s health relating to gynecology strongly preferred.
- Function with autonomy and able to make independent decisions while functioning as part of a comprehensive team.
- Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms.
- Comprehend and follow and update policy, procedure, guidelines, and protocols.
- Analytical ability to review internal processes needing improvement and make suggestions.
- Interpersonal skills to manage and develop the staff within the work group and to participate on provider team.
- Extensive background in women’s health and gynecology.
- Certification and experience in aesthetic/cosmetic injectables and procedures.
- Familiar with hormone therapy treatment and diagnosis.
- Fertility experience
