Med Surg Registered Nurse Opportunities!
- Position Offers possible options for Full time or Part time roles as well as day or night shift roles.
- Sign on Bonus for Full time is $5,000 and Part time is $2,500.
- Oncology
- Urology
- Pulmonary
- Ortho/Neuro
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
- BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
- Registered Nurse
- Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care
- needs at various stages of the life cycle
- Preferred membership in related professional organization
- Up to 1 year Clinical in Nursing experience
- Conducts comprehensive initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and documents findings per organizational standards.
- Develops, updates, and communicates individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Provides safe, patient ‑ centered nursing care, prioritizing autonomy, dignity, cultural sensitivity, and timely response to emergencies.
- Accurately executes physician orders, administers medications and treatments, and performs technical skills according to policy.
- Evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts care plans accordingly; documents responses and teaching provided.
- Supervises delegated tasks and supports effective team ‑ based care.
- Serves as a resource to staff, contributes to a positive learning environment, and participates in ongoing professional development.
- Completes assignments and documentation within required timeframes and maintains current knowledge of unit and organizational updates.
