Purpose
As our Inbound Lead & Ecommerce Coordinator, you’re the first human connection for shoppers who inquire online or respond to advertising. You’ll contact and warm up leads, set high quality leads on a good path for in-store teams, and maintain excellent CRM documentation.
When customer lead flow is lighter, you’ll take ownership of website pricing updates, support equipment listings, and complete light automation/lead routing work. You’ll get a great blend of customer interaction and digital operations, and you’ll work with the sales team across all 28 locations to help drive sales.

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to new internet, phone, and chat leads, consistently following a dedicated process
- Make follow-up attempts across phone, text, and email, using a defined cadence
- Qualify customer needs and ensure smooth handoffs with complete CRM notes for in-store sales teams
- Update pricing, promotions, availability, and product information in the website CMS
- Upload new equipment with photos, specs, and descriptions; maintain accurate digital content used by customers to browse inventory
- Help maintain and improve lead routing using automation software
- Provide structured feedback on lead quality and customer behavior to improve sales and marketing processes
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, and/or digital marketing
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some nights and Saturdays primarily in the spring season
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn CRM systems, automation systems, and product and inventory systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across phone, text, and email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Background in agriculture, construction, or landscaping a plus
