Trig's is considered more of a collection than a chain. Each store is designed to uniquely serve its community in a very personal and committed way, taking on the personality of its region. Our story began in 1971 when Trig and Tula Solberg purchased the first, single small store in Land O'Lakes, Wisconsin. Today, T.A. Solberg Company, Inc. operates Trig's grocery stores in the Northern Wisconsin communities of Rhinelander, Minocqua, Eagle River, and Tomahawk.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Coach, Train, and Work with Personal Shoppers and Delivery Drivers
• Ensuring schedules are generated based on business volume and organized weekly.
• Implementing new protocols, safety practices, and upgrades throughout the year.
• Performing and leading team meetings on a regular basis.
• Troubleshooting guest concerns, efficiency issues, quality control, and order preparations.
• Observing and managing hours of operations, order volumes, and processes and report to Store Director of concerns or changes needed.
• Operating and working with a tablet device to review customer orders.
• Selecting and picking the freshest items throughout the store that match the customer orders with store provided shopping carts.
• Packaging and processing customer orders in appropriate storage containers.
• Staging and preparing customer orders in customer pickup areas with label machines.
• Working in an efficient and organized fashion to meet deadlines and customer selected pickup times.
• Perform deliveries as needed with the use of store provided delivery vehicles.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Must have a valid driver's license and must be 18 years .
