Our story began in 1971 when Trig and Tula Solberg purchased the first, single small store in Land O'Lakes, Wisconsin. Today, T.A. Solberg Company, Inc. operates Trig's grocery stores in the Northern Wisconsin communities of Rhinelander, Minocqua, Eagle River, and Tomahawk.

Job Duties Include:

• Provide Excellent Guest Service

• Leading and Coaching Associates

• Creating Weekly Schedules

• Assisting with Guest Questions or Concerns

• Operating and working with a tablet device to review customer orders.

• Selecting and Picking the freshest items throughout the store that match the customer orders.

• Packaging customer orders.

• Staging and preparing customer orders in customer pickup areas of the facility.

• Working in an efficient and organized fashion to meet deadlines and customer selected pickup times.

**Must be at least 18 years of age.

**Must have a valid drivers license.
