You’ll collaborate with partners to identify pain points in customer onboarding journeys and develop solutions that streamline delivery, reduce operational costs, and leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to drive automation and innovation.

The pay range for this position in Western Washington varies between $95,160.00 – $135,420.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $81,408.00 - $115,850.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

  • Own the product vision and strategy, and lead the delivery of large-scale system migrations from legacy platforms to our products
  • Understand the competitive landscape and define strategies for product growth
  • Develop product roadmap aligned with platform’s goals and objectives
  • Prioritize and refine team backlog in line with strategic goals and find opportunities to increase roadmap velocity
  • Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and create smarter workflows.
  • Own business outcomes and define team goals to realize roadmap objectives, collaborate with team members and customers to set development priorities
  • Mentor and scale the team's capabilities, process, and methods by identifying, assessing and acting on opportunities to improve performance
  • Collaborate with enterprise customers from product onboarding and implementation to delivery and launch of new experiences
  • Collaborates with multiple product development teams and product managers to coordinate development across teams.
  • Gather insights by interacting with customers and users and analyzing how they use the product.
  • Assess go-to-market needs and build plans that support the product vision.
  • Translate high-level customer needs into clear user stories and define key success metrics
  • Use data to uncover opportunities that deliver customer value and manage expectations across the organization

Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

  • 4 years of experience in developing and scaling products, applying proven product and project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to align and integrate the needs of diverse user groups into a cohesive and user-centered product experience.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and engineering team workflows, with hands-on experience conducting and applying user experience research to inform product decisions and drive growth.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI or machine learning solutions in business processes is highly preferred
  • Committed to continuous learning and consistently seeking opportunities to improve products, processes, and personal growth.
  • Preferred experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, including an understanding of the product lifecycle, customer engagement models, and go-to-market delivery strategies.
