2. Product / Program Delivery, Testing & UAT
   1. Experience managing feature requests through the delivery lifecycle, including backlog management, development tracking, functional validation, UAT coordination, defect tracking, business sign-off, and production release.
   2. Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work-item/backlog management systems.
3. Enterprise Application Production Support & Incident Management
   1. Experience providing business/user support for enterprise applications, including issue triage, troubleshooting coordination, incident tracking, and driving issues through resolution.
   2. Experience working with engineering teams on production incidents and using IcM or similar incident-management systems is preferred

Typical Day in the Role
A typical day would begin with reviewing and triaging GPU Deployment Hub user questions, with approximately 5 questions currently received each day through Teams and email, along with any active ICMs and production issues. The resource would investigate issues, coordinate with the appropriate teams, communicate status to users, and drive follow-ups toward resolution.

The remainder of the day would typically include supporting KTBR (Keep The Business Running) and feature requests through the delivery lifecycle, including requirement documentation, backlog tracking, sandbox validation, business UAT coordination, sign-off, and production release communication. 

The resource would also work with business stakeholders to capture new requests, track actions and decisions, and support preparation and follow-up for the monthly Application business review.

In short, this role provides end-to-end operational ownership across user support, incidents, KTBRs, testing, releases, and business engagement, allowing the Product Manager to focus more consistently on strategic product direction and cross-org priorities.

Purpose of the Team: The team supports Azure Supply Chain, including the GPU Deployment Hub, a key application used across multiple organizations. The resource will help manage product responsibilities currently owned by the sponsor, working with business and development teams across the software development lifecycle.

Key Projects: This role will contribute to the GPU Deployment Hub, including gathering business requirements, translating requirements into product specifications/features, coordinating with developers, supporting UX and testing/UAT, implementation, release communications, and production support

Candidate Requirements
• Disqualifiers: Candidates without a technical/software background or relevant product/program management experience will not be eligible. Construction or other non-technical backgrounds are not aligned. A technical/engineering bachelor's degree is considered a requirement.
- At least approximately 12 months of remaining access is preferred
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume will demonstrate strong technical product/program management experience, end-to-end software development lifecycle knowledge, Azure DevOps exposure, and experience with business requirements, functional requirements, product/program delivery, testing/UAT, production support, and incident management. Supply chain experience is a plus, particularly experience in the AWS, Google, or similar cloud supply-chain space.

Summary:
The main function of an AI Product Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the product cycle, with responsibilities that include product design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting. These experts then determine how machine learning and artificial intelligence can help solve certain problems.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, track and manage project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
• Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
• Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements
• Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
• Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing
• Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
• Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
• Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
