Role Description The Processing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Trifecta Farms in Brimfield, MA. This position supports the processing of cannabis flower, including weighing, sorting, trimming, packaging, and labeling products according to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. The Processing Assistant helps maintain cold-curing and processing environments, monitors product quality, and accurately records inventory and batch information. Daily activities include working with processing equipment, following cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. The role may also involve assisting with product inspections, preparing orders for distribution, and communicating with supervisors about any issues affecting quality, safety, or efficiency.
