Position Summary
The Trideum Killeen Office has an opening for a Systems Engineering Intern starting the Summer Semester 2026. This is a part-time position requiring 10-29 hours per week. The work will be performed in the Trideum office on the TAMUCT campus located in Warrior Hall, Room 308. The person in this role will be a part of the systems engineering team working to integrate tools into an overall capability being built for US Army Operational Evaluation Command (OEC) at Fort Hood.
Background
Applicant should have some experience developing and writing system requirements, subsystem requirements, use cases, and a basic understanding of system engineering principles such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Also, any experience with systems engineering tools such as Sparx EA or Cameo/Magic Draw is preferred. Specific training will be provided for any areas where there is no experience.

Project Specific Responsibilities
- Work with other system engineers to develop requirements for existing software tools.
- Install and operate software tools under consideration to identify possible enhancements.
- Work with software developers and software testers to refine requirements.
- Assist in development of presentations and documents relating to the software in development and system engineering team.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneNote).
- Some experience developing system requirements and use cases.
- Familiar with MBSE.
- Must be a US citizen.
