Swing Shift Security Supervisor

Pay: $36 - $37 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Swing Shift

Tuesday to Saturday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Position Summary

The Security Shift Supervisor oversees and coordinates security operations during a specific shift. This role acts as a liaison between Security Specialists and Security Leads, providing supervision, coaching, recognition, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all active posts, including temporary or ad-hoc posts, are covered during your shift, including filling vacancies when necessary
• Oversee workflow, schedules, and assignments for Security Specialists across multiple locations
• Inspect every active post and Security Specialist weekly for compliance and quality, including:
  • Health and safety
  • Customer requirements
  • TRIDENT standards
  • Uniform and appearance
  • Updated post orders
• Receive, document, and escalate Security Specialist questions and concerns
• Provide documented field training for new and existing Security Specialists
• Ensure every Security Specialist is visited at least twice per shift
• Answer calls, take messages, and escalate issues as needed
• Respond to and report all emergencies
• Write reports of daily activities, incidents, equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences
• Perform other duties as assigned

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• May drive a company/client vehicle between sites
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, regardless of weather
• Frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Reporting & Classification

• Reports to: Security Lead
• Classification: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
