A rapidly growing cybersecurity vendor is looking to appoint a Channel Sales Director to help scale and strengthen its partner ecosystem across North America.


Deception based technology backed by Tier 1 VC.


The Role

As Channel Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships across VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and distribution partners. You will play a critical role in driving partner-sourced revenue, enabling partner success, and expanding the company’s presence within the enterprise security market.


This is a highly visible role working closely with Founders to build and scale the Channel from ground level.


Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the North American channel strategy
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners
  • Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue growth
  • Develop joint business plans with VARs, MSSPs, and alliance partners
  • Enable partners through training, co-selling, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with direct sales teams on enterprise opportunities
  • Manage partner forecasting, performance metrics, and reporting
  • Represent the business at partner events, conferences, and industry engagements


Requirements

  • 5 years of channel sales experience within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
  • Start up experience is a MUST
  • Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems
  • Strong relationships across VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and security integrators
  • Experience working with high-growth startup environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity sales motions
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on

Experience selling within one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Identity Security / Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR)
  • Threat Detection & Response
  • Security Operations (SOC)
  • Deception Technology
  • Attack Surface Management (ASM)
  • Zero Trust / Access Security
  • Cloud Security
  • AI-native Security Platforms
