A rapidly growing cybersecurity vendor is looking to appoint a Channel Sales Director to help scale and strengthen its partner ecosystem across North America.

The Role
As Channel Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships across VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and distribution partners. You will play a critical role in driving partner-sourced revenue, enabling partner success, and expanding the company’s presence within the enterprise security market.
This is a highly visible role working closely with Founders to build and scale the Channel from ground level.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the North American channel strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners
- Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue growth
- Develop joint business plans with VARs, MSSPs, and alliance partners
- Enable partners through training, co-selling, and go-to-market initiatives
- Collaborate with direct sales teams on enterprise opportunities
- Manage partner forecasting, performance metrics, and reporting
- Represent the business at partner events, conferences, and industry engagements
Requirements
- 5 years of channel sales experience within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
- Start up experience is a MUST
- Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems
- Strong relationships across VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and security integrators
- Experience working with high-growth startup environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity sales motions
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
