My role involves coordinating with engineering teams, shipyard personnel, and Navy representatives to ensure reliable system performance, safety, and compliance with all technical standards. I lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and system commissioning efforts across electrical, hydraulic, and automated control platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead field engineering operations for hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-based control systems aboard Navy vessels.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, calibration, and testing of heavy equipment such as cranes, elevators, and automated lift systems.
Supervise system alignments, upgrades, and detailed technical reporting for fleet-wide maintenance documentation.
Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to ensure all upgrades and repairs meet performance and safety standards.
Provide on-site technical training and mentorship for junior engineers and technicians.
Manage project scheduling, parts tracking, and cross-team communication to maintain operational readiness.
