Job Title: Workers' Compensation Specialist
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA - Onsite
Pay $48/hr - $53/hr on w2
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA), workplace accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation (WC) case
- Handle employee leave intake, eligibility, documentation, approvals, and return-to-work coordinatior
- Administer accommodation requests and interactive process with employees/manager
- Coordinate WC claims with carriers, HR, managers, and vendor
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and company policies
- Maintain confidential employee medical records and audit-ready documentation
- Support reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvement
- Partner with Payroll, HRBP, Benefits, Legal, and external vendor
Required Skill
- 5 years of LOA, accommodations, or Workers’ Compensation administration experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. leave laws, ADA accommodations, and WC processes
- Experience with HRIS, case management systems, and vendor platform
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skill
Salary : $50 - $53
