Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Lenexa, KS (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $22/hr (Day shift)| $24/hr (Night Shift) (All Inclusive)
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary
Seeking Manufacturing Operators to support the production of dry powdered cell culture media used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is a long-term career opportunity with potential for permanent conversion within 3–6 months based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and automated production systems
- Load raw materials and chemicals into blending equipment
- Package finished products into containers and prepare pallets for shipment
- Perform equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and sanitation activities
- Complete production documentation accurately and maintain batch records
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Previous Manufacturing, Machine Operator, Warehouse, or Quality experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to complete written documentation accurately
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

Additional Information
- Paid training provided (8–12 weeks)
- Two-day onsite orientation/training required
- PPE provided
- Temperature-controlled work environment
- Must be available for rotating shifts, including every other weekend
