Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: US- Remote

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $33/hr. on W2

Seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting initiatives by identifying, engaging, and evaluating top talent. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and drive efficient recruiting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and research
• Conduct candidate assessments and phone screens
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with recruiting teams to develop sourcing strategies
• Track sourcing activity, deliverables, and recruiting metrics

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Sourcing
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, HireEZ, Indeed, and ATS systems
• Background in tech, automotive, mobility, or fast-paced recruiting environments preferred
• Strong communication, research, and organizational skills
