Trident Consulting is currently seeking a " QC Chemist " for one of our industry-leading clients.
Title: QC Chemist / Laboratory Analyst
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay Rate: $30/hr. on W2
Type: Contract
We are hiring a QC Chemist with strong wet chemistry testing experience to support laboratory operations. This role involves analytical testing, data review, and ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform wet chemistry testing (pH, IR, solubility, titrations)
- Execute validation protocols and compendial methods (USP/EP/JP)
- Review analytical data and identify OOS results
- Conduct root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Perform instrument calibration and verification
- Maintain GMP, GDP, and data integrity compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree 3 years lab experience
- (OR Associate’s 5 years experience)
- Strong experience in wet chemistry analysis
- Knowledge of GMP lab environment
- Experience with OOS investigations & documentation
Preferred
- Pharma / biotech / life sciences background
- Experience with compendial testing (USP/EP/JP)
