Summary of Position
Our client is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead and transform the quality control function within their plastics manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on building proactive quality systems, improving plant culture, and driving accountability on the production floor.
Two positions are currently available:
- Charlotte, North Carolina
- Houston, Texas
- Lead and develop QC technicians across multiple shifts
- Establish and enforce QC protocols, documentation, and corrective action processes
- Monitor production for color accuracy, contamination prevention, and process compliance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative quality measures
- Partner closely with Production leadership to improve operational and quality performance
- Strong QA/QC background within plastics manufacturing
- Masterbatch experience strongly preferred
- Experience with color matching and go/no-go quality decisions
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive cultural change
- Strong understanding of corrective actions, QC systems, and contamination prevention
- Full-time salaried position
- First shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
