Hiring Quality Assurance Project Specialist (QA Liaison) in Milwaukee, WI- Onsite
Job Title: Quality Assurance Project Specialist (QA Liaison)
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Type: 15 months Contract
Time: 6/9 AM start | 8.5-hour day
Pay: $40/hr.
On-site interviews | 100% on-site initially & 2-3 day hybrid after training
Role Overview:
- Support and improve Quality Systems (auditing, training, vendor management, validation, equipment qualification, documentation control).
- Oversee the instrument calibration program including scheduling, onboarding/retirement documentation, LIMS accuracy, and investigations.
- Manage Data Integrity activities and perform GDP audits.
- Lead or support CAPA investigations, customer complaint responses, and audit findings.
- Act as the gatekeeper for Change Control, ensuring compliance with corporate and customer requirements.
- Support Quality System projects, nonconformance investigations, and cross-functional problem-solving.
- Train QC staff, QA liaisons, and cross-functional teams on procedures and quality requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Science, or Physical Sciences (or equivalent experience).
- GMP experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with auditors and quality investigations.
- System experience required:
Mango (or similar LMS)
TrackWise (or equivalent QMS)
SAP
ISO 9001 familiarity
- Preferred: Power Apps experience.
