As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will perform quality checks on incoming raw materials, in-process checks, and finished product checks. You will collaborate with production personnel to address issues and implement corrective action plans. Documenting all quality information and maintaining the electronic Quality Management System (QMS) is essential. You will also assist with audits, manage the ISO program, and perform technical writing based on quality investigations.
Responsibilities- Conduct quality checks on incoming/raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Collaborate with production personnel to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document all quality information and maintain the electronic QMS.
- Perform document control, corrective actions, deviations, non-conformances, and dispositions.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Manage and maintain the ISO program.
- Perform technical writing related to quality checks and investigations.
- Strong understanding of quality processes and management systems.
- Experience with front-end QC tasks, including raw material and finished product checks.
- Proficiency in document control, corrective action plans, and handling non-conformances.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control functions.
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Knowledge of Document Control, CAPA, RCA, Non-Conformance handling.
- Technical documentation skills.
- Experience with electronic QMS systems.
This role operates on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 7:00 to 9:00 a.m., working 8 to 9 hours per day. The position involves working in the quality office, lab, and occasionally in production areas for necessary checks. Proper PPE, such as full suits, is required when handling specific chemical products.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
