Pay rate: $40/hr on W2 (All inclusive)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gas, chemical, and slurry distribution systems while ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on gas, chemical, and slurry distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and process equipment.
- Read and interpret P&IDs.
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately.
- Support equipment startup, commissioning, and continuous improvement.
- Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Work closely with team members to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of industrial maintenance or skilled trades experience.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read P&IDs.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade/Vocational certification or Associate degree in a technical field.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Startup and commissioning experience.
- Plumbing or gas/chemical delivery system experience.
- Knowledge of LOTO procedures and continuous improvement practices.
Physical Requirements
- Walk throughout the facility for extended periods.
- Climb ladders and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and reach overhead.
