Pay Rate: $22/hour on W2
Job Type: Contract - 12 Months
Job Summary
We are seeking an Electrical Cabinet Assembler to assemble and wire electrical control cabinets according to engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical assembly, panel wiring, blueprint reading, and hand/power tools in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electrical control cabinets and panels.
- Install relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and other electrical components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all work instructions and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or electrical cabinet assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
