Role: Customer Solutions Representative
Location: Tulare, CA (Hybrid)
Type: W2 Contract
Required Skills:
- Front desk and visitor management experience with strong customer service skills
- Basic technical support experience for conference rooms, training rooms, and office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, printing, scanning, and mail sorting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers, and internal staff
- Experience coordinating workshops, meetings, events, and logistics support
- Ability to manage registrations, attendance tracking, and customer inquiries
- Knowledge of facility operations support, maintenance coordination, and supply management
- Experience maintaining organized documentation, records, and operational files
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience supporting equipment setup, demonstrations, tours, and lending programs
- Ability to maintain accurate reservation and loan tracking records
- Proficiency with internet-based applications and general office systems
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
