As a Brand Associate, you'll play an important role in representing client organizations, engaging with customers, and creating positive experiences through personalized interactions.

No previous experience is required! We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Represent client organizations and campaigns inside established retail locations
- Engage directly with customers through friendly, professional, face-to-face conversations
- Introduce campaign initiatives, explain available opportunities, and generate customer interest
- Build positive relationships while delivering an engaging customer experience
- Support customer acquisition, sales, and enrollment activities
- Assist with executing daily marketing and promotional campaigns
- Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and professional development training
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of our clients
- Help track campaign activity, customer interactions, and overall performance
